Mr. Rosenbaum’s patent practice specializes in biomedical, biotechnological, pharmaceutical, chemical, biochemical, semiconductor materials and processes, and computer software. Dr. Silvert is an attorney specializing in the management and protection of chemical and biotechnology-related assets, with a background in the pharmaceutical and agricultural biotechnology sectors. He brings to the firm both large firm and in‑house counsel experience, as well as over five years of licensing and marketing/sales experience in leadership positions in the private corporate sector. Don’s legal experience includes patent preparation and prosecution on all aspects of pharmaceutical and agricultural biotechnology inventions, including small to large molecules, methods for identifying and synthesizing such molecules, and various other biotechnology-related inventions. Daniel C. Pierron, Registered Patent Agent email: dpierron@rosenbaumsilvert.com Mr. Pierron received his B.S. in Engineering Physics, Electromechanical Control Systems from The University of Kansas in May, 2008. Dan is currently a Juris Doctor candidate at Chicago-Kent College of Law where he expects to receive his degree in May, 2011. Mr. Pierron previously worked as an Engineering Technician for Pinnacle Technology, Inc. in Lawrence, Kansas where he produced efficient printed circuit board layouts and diagnosed faulty products. Dan has also served as the Co-Director of the Center for Community Outreach in Lawrence, Kansas where he created monthly community service projects to benefit in-need members of the community, coordinated communications between community service groups and acted as the Center representative at University of Kansas events.
